REFUND / RETURNS POLICY
Returns & Refunds
At Hannah Creak, many garments are created as one-of-one pieces using reconstructed vintage and deadstock materials. Due to the nature of these materials and processes, variations, imperfections, signs of wear, fading, distressing, and irregularities are considered part of the unique character and history of each garment.
Please review all product images and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
One-of-one garments made from vintage or deadstock materials may include natural variations or irregularities that are part of the garment’s unique character and are not considered faults.
Returns
We only accept returns in the case of items arriving damaged or if an incorrect item has been received.
Any notable flaws, repairs, or visible wear specific to individual one-of-one upcycled garments will be clearly detailed within the product description at the point of purchase.
Natural wear, ageing, fabric irregularities, distressing, tonal variation, or characteristics associated with vintage and reconstructed materials are not considered faults.
To be eligible for a return;
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All original tags and packaging must be included
• Items must not show signs of wear, washing, alteration, fragrance, makeup, or damage
To request a return for a damaged or incorrect item, please contact:
studio@hannahcreak.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• order number
• photographs of the item and packaging
• description of the issue
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our production, the following items are non-refundable:
• Made-to-order pieces
• Custom items
• Archive sale items
• Gift cards
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Hannah Creak cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• your order number
• photographs of the item and packaging
• a brief description of the issue
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of many of our pieces, exchanges may not always be possible.
